Not all soil is the same. The blend that grows a vegetable garden is not the one that beds down new sod, and ordering the wrong one costs a job real money. Triple Five Quality Wood Inc. supplies bulk soil by the truckload across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, all of it produced in-house and locally sourced. Whether you need a single large drop for a landscape crew or hundreds of yards blown onto a slope, our soil delivery runs on high-capacity trucks built for volume.
We deliver in 10+ cubic yard loads. That minimum matters, so it is stated up front: this is bulk supply for contractors, growers, stratas and serious property projects, not bagged product from a garden centre. If you need a truckload, keep reading.

Every blend is mixed in-house and locally sourced in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. Here is what we make and who it suits.
Compost Garden Top Soil
A broad-use garden compost-based topsoil. This rich, screened, and ready-to-plant mulch is ideal for beds, borders and entire yard makeovers. Homeowners and landscapers are the main purchasers, creating or updating garden areas.
Veggie Mix Top Soil
A nutritious organic mix specially formulated for producing veggies. Raised beds, food gardens, and productive planting areas benefit from higher nutrient content. When yield concerns, this is what home growers, community gardens and market farmers order.
Turf Blend Top Soil
Sod and seed prepared combination. It grades out well and settles uniformly, which is what you want under a fresh grass or turf surface. Landscapers, turf installers and property crews putting sod are regular buyers.
Mushroom Manure
Organic topsoil from Chilliwack, created from mushroom-growing detritus. For enriching old soil, or increasing fertility in beds and gardens. This is ordered by the volume by growers and gardeners wanting to modify exhausted soil.
Soil Amender Compost
A nutrition booster (compost-based) to work into existing ground rather than laying fresh. Improves structure and feeds established beds and lawns. It is used by landscapers and property managers to improve soil quality rather than replace it altogether.
If you are not sure which blend your project calls for, tell us what you are growing or building, and we will match it.
Ordering bulk soil delivery starts with knowing how much you need. Soil is sold by the cubic yard, and one cubic yard covers roughly 100 square feet at a 3-inch depth. Use the table below to ballpark your order, then call to confirm.

A quick rule of thumb: square footage ÷ 100 × (depth in inches ÷ 3) = cubic yards. Our team will sanity-check your numbers when you call, and our material calculator can help you refine the estimate.
We move soil four ways. The right method depends on your site, your access and your volume.
Dump Truck Delivery — Standard for open sites with room for a truck to tip a load. Fast and economical for large volumes dropped in one spot.
Push-Out Truck Delivery — Our tri-axle push-out trucks deliver 40 to 65 cubic yards in a single load, making them well-suited to larger projects and sites where a standard dump body cannot reach. The load pushes out horizontally for controlled placement.
Bulk Delivery — High-quality material delivered straight to your location, ready for immediate use. Each bag holds one cubic yard and is positioned by crane right where you want it, ideal for sites where a loose pile is not practical.
Blower Installation — For hard-to-reach areas, slopes, rooftops and large open spaces, our blower service applies soil and bark precisely and without mess, ensuring uniform coverage and depth while cutting labour and time. Blowing is its own service.
Not every job needs a delivery. If you run your own truck or trailer and want to save on freight, you can pick up soil directly from our yard. Pickup is a different intent from delivery, and it suits smaller contractors, landscapers between jobs and property managers who already have hauling capacity. Call ahead so we can have your blend ready to load when you arrive.
Contractors- Landscape and site teams ordered by the truckload, matched to grading and finish or planting work, with delivery timed to the task. We arrange drop windows with your build timeline so material arrives when your crew is prepared to move it, not days early.
Nurseries & Garden Centres- Growers looking for dependable local mixes, delivered punctually and in bulk. Since every blend is mixed in-house, you get the same quality load after load, which is important since your own reputation depends on the product.
Farms & Growers- Large volume customers of agricultural products (soil and amendments) moving by the truckload. Our push-out trucks haul 40-65 yards per load, so even large areas are covered in fewer trips at a lower cost per yard.
Stratas & Property Managers- Multi-unit and commercial facilities rejuvenating boulevards, beds and common areas without using their own personnel. A blower install for the hard-to-reach locations or a single bulk delivery can transform a multi-day process into an afternoon.
Homeowners- Large residential projects, complete yard makeovers and new lawns where bagged stuff just won’t scale. One truckload is the equivalent of dozens of trips to the garden center, and we set it down where you want it so you don’t have to wheel it across the yard with a wheelbarrow.
Broad Service Area — We serve Surrey, Langley, Cloverdale, Abbotsford, and the entire Lower Mainland, with daily deliveries to keep your project moving. That daily schedule means short lead times even in the busy season, when other suppliers push you a week out.
Guaranteed Quality — High-grade, locally sourced materials produced in-house, so your project benefits from consistent quality and sustainability. Sourcing close to home also keeps our footprint low and lets us stand behind every blend we sell.
Effortless Ordering and Delivery — A streamlined process that gets materials to your site within 72 hours, keeping your schedule on track. One call sets it in motion, and our team helps you confirm the right blend and volume before the truck rolls.
Economical Bulk Purchasing — Bulk volumes are not just convenient; they deliver real savings that add value to every load. The more you order, the lower your cost per yard, which is why contractors and growers come back load after load.
